Terms of Service

Review before launch: Confirm the final legal entity, device limits, refund rules, compatibility statements, and application behavior.

These Terms govern access to and use of the NEXUS website, loader, desktop application, accounts, license keys, downloads, updates, and support.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and meet any age requirement applicable in your jurisdiction.

2. Product description

NEXUS is a software configuration application that may include operator and weapon profiles, global configuration files, save-file tools, client controls, screen-region monitoring controls, sensitivity and FOV conversion, authentication, and license validation.

3. License options

30-Day License: a one-time $7 purchase providing 30 consecutive days beginning at first successful activation. It does not automatically renew.

Lifetime License: a one-time $20 purchase providing access for the supported commercial lifetime of NEXUS. It refers to the operational lifetime of the NEXUS product and service, not the purchaser’s lifetime or a guaranteed number of years.

4. Payments and delivery

Payment occurs on Stripe-hosted Checkout. Customers must provide a valid email address for license delivery. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment is confirmed.

5. Account and key security

Customers are responsible for protecting accounts, email access, devices, and license keys. Keys may not be shared, resold, leased, transferred, or used to bypass device or account restrictions.

6. Prohibited conduct

Circumventing authentication, licensing, security, or usage controls.
Attacking or disrupting NEXUS infrastructure.
Distributing malware or using NEXUS for unlawful activity.
Submitting fraudulent payment disputes or false information.

7. Refunds and revocation

Digital purchases may be final after delivery, reveal, activation, or use except where required by law. Refunds, disputes, fraud, or material Terms violations may result in revocation.

8. Compatibility and third-party rules

NEXUS does not guarantee compatibility with every computer, operating system, game version, launcher, driver, overlay, modification, or security product. Users are responsible for reviewing and following third-party rules.

9. Independent product

NEXUS is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, approved by, or endorsed by Ubisoft or Rainbow Six Siege.
