These Terms govern access to and use of the NEXUS website, loader, application, accounts, license keys, downloads, updates, and support services. By purchasing, downloading, activating, or using NEXUS, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to purchase or use NEXUS.
2. Description of NEXUS
NEXUS is a software configuration application providing tools that may include operator and weapon profiles, save-file management, client controls, overlays, sensitivity and FOV tools, authentication, profile importing and exporting, status monitoring, and reset options. Features and compatibility may change through updates.
3. Independent Product
NEXUS is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, approved by, or endorsed by Ubisoft, Rainbow Six Siege, or any other third-party game publisher or platform. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
4. Third-Party Rules and Risk
You are responsible for reviewing and following the rules of any game, platform, launcher, or third-party service used with NEXUS. NEXUS does not guarantee that a third party permits its use or that use will avoid restrictions, detection, suspension, or account action.
5. Limited License
After payment, NEXUS grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the purchased product subject to the account, duration, device, and feature restrictions disclosed at checkout.
6. License Options
One-Month Key
A one-month key provides 30 consecutive calendar days of access beginning when the key is first successfully activated, unless a different start date is clearly displayed. It is a fixed-term purchase, expires automatically, and does not automatically renew. Another charge occurs only when the customer manually purchases another key.
Lifetime License
A lifetime license is a one-time purchase providing access for the supported commercial lifetime of the NEXUS product. “Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of NEXUS, not the purchaser’s lifetime and not a guaranteed number of years. It does not guarantee permanent service, indefinite compatibility, or access to separate successor products.
7. Account and Key Security
You are responsible for protecting your account, password, email account, devices, and license key. Accounts and keys may not be shared, sold, leased, transferred, or resold without written permission.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Circumventing authentication, licensing, security, or usage controls.
- Distributing, reselling, or sharing accounts or keys.
- Reverse engineering or extracting source code except where law expressly permits it.
- Attacking or disrupting NEXUS infrastructure.
- Using NEXUS for fraud, unauthorized access, malware distribution, theft, harassment, or unlawful activity.
- Submitting knowingly false payment disputes or fraudulent refund claims.
9. Loader and Session Names
The loader may display a temporary software-style name during installation or launch. A temporary name does not change the identity, ownership, license, or Terms of NEXUS.
10. Prices and Payment
Prices and license details are displayed before purchase. By completing checkout, you authorize the displayed one-time charge and any applicable taxes. The one-month key is not recurring.
11. Digital Delivery
Delivery may occur through account access, license-key delivery, email, a download page, or the NEXUS Loader. Customers are responsible for supplying a valid email address.
12. Refunds
Because NEXUS is digitally delivered, purchases are generally final after a key is delivered, revealed, activated, downloaded, redeemed, or used, except where required by law. A refund may be considered for duplicate charges, non-delivery, an invalid unused key, or a verified NEXUS defect that completely prevents access and cannot reasonably be resolved after timely support contact.
Refunds are generally not provided for changing your mind, purchasing the wrong duration, unused time, failure to review requirements, third-party penalties, customer-created configuration errors, unsupported modifications, or problems caused by hardware, networks, antivirus tools, operating systems, or third-party updates.
13. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact NEXUS before disputing a charge. NEXUS may submit checkout, acceptance, key-delivery, activation, login, and support records to a payment processor when responding to a dispute.
14. Updates and Compatibility
NEXUS may require updates and does not guarantee compatibility with every computer, operating system, driver, game version, launcher, overlay, modification, security product, or future third-party update.
15. Availability
NEXUS may experience maintenance, outages, updates, security incidents, provider failures, legal restrictions, or other interruptions. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
16. User Files and Backups
You are responsible for maintaining backups of game files, save files, profiles, and configurations. NEXUS is not a guaranteed permanent backup service.
17. Intellectual Property
NEXUS software, website content, loader content, branding, logos, interface designs, documentation, and original technology are owned by NEXUS or its licensors. No ownership is transferred through a purchase.
18. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for fraud, payment reversal, account or key sharing, resale, security circumvention, unlawful use, infrastructure attacks, false information, harassment, or other material violations.
19. Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXUS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, permanent compatibility, error-free performance, particular results, or freedom from third-party enforcement.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXUS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost data, lost accounts, third-party penalties, lost profits, or business interruption. Any total liability that can legally be limited will not exceed the amount paid for the license giving rise to the claim.
21. Changes
NEXUS may update these Terms and the Services. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practical or legally required.
22. Contact
Questions, support requests, billing inquiries, refund requests, and legal notices may be sent to info@highcloudnexus.com or made by telephone at (616) 274-4594. Email is preferred for formal notices.
